From a roll of ready-made flaky pastry, cut 10x10 cm squares. Place a bit of Tome cheese from the Bauges on a square, sprinkle with cumin seeds, and finally add a slice of French sausage.
Seal the pastry, coat the savoury pasties with egg yolk, and then slide them in to a warm oven for 10 minutes (180°C) or until golden brown. Serve the pasties hot.
Wine to accompany them.
For the aperitif, a sparkling white Savoie wine will enhance the authentic taste of the Tome cheese from the Bauges. On your cheese dish, you can also enjoy this cheese with a Mondeuse.

Large slices of brown bread or baguette lightly buttered.
