French sausage in white wine (Diots)
 

 

French sausage (Diots)/ tomatoes/ salt/ pepper/ croutons of bread.

Prick the sausages. Put them in a pan on a medium heat to bring out all the fat, drain.

Add a good glass of white wine and the quartered tomatoes.

Leave to cook 10 min, and then season to taste.

Serve on a bed of golden brown croutons.
